It seems appropriate that the day after International women’s day The Shift Marketing was re-approved as a minority owned business.
“So many young women of my time underestimated what they could do, and their abilities to produce as much value in the workforce as men” says CEO Ashley Dadaglio. Being an approved minority-owned business is a step in proving that wrong. It’s important for women and minorities to be empowered in the workforce. They shouldn’t need a piece of paper, but its definitely a symbol that we are proud to wear.
We work with a lot of male-dominated industries including a handful of results-driven male business-owners (mostly tough Italians!), construction companies, and male doctors. “We naturally lead with industry knowledge and I find that both men and women respect that tremendously” says Dadaglio.
